Any current occurrence of or plans for dickgirl stuff?

for some reason I cant get past the patch notes no matter how much I click the confirm button, literally nothing happens if I press it. Any way to fix it? I've already redownloaded but it did nothing.
What rez is your monitor? Thats likely the one part of the game im yet to look into fixing that would mess with buttons like that.
