0.1.14 Board Member Release!


0.1.14 is now available to patron/substar Board Members!

I am very tired. I will be making a post detailing some future plans after I get some sleep :)

There are a number of visual bugs and stuff I'm aware of, ill patch them before the build is released to shareholders.

I will soon also be updating the in-game patch notes and stuff too. These are the updated patchnotes. ADDITIONS

-Added Investigation mode.

-Added Tool-closet room.

-There is now a fusebox in the cellar. Pretend it was always there.

-Roxy has some new busts.

-Annie has some new busts with her hair tied up.

-Added investigation system.

-Added notification system.

-Roxy's new Inspection screen has a subtle 3D parallax effect. Let me know how it looks.

-Added a bunch of new UI icons. Some of these will be implemented later.

-Journal now alerts you when multiple new tasks are added.

-Added code references to the next character that will be added.

CHANGES

-Lewis's pupils are smaller during his walk cycle. He now also blinks during his run cycle.

-The journal and bag buttons now make a little noise upon hover.

-Several UI elements are now using the tooltip system for labeling.

-Items dragged onto the screen from the inventory no longer use a cross icon.

-Items dragged onto the screen from the inventory now use a return to inventory icon.

-Made some corrections to Annie and Roxy's busts.

 (Euphy's are still being cleaned up)

-Increased value of the slow typewriting speed.

 (It was too slow)

-Some overworld ambient sound emitter was moved to instanced scenes instead of the main scene.

 (This will allow the enabling/disabling of overworld ambient sounds during playtime)

-Adjusted day lighting color.

-The double doors down the stairs from the bedroom now lead to the backyard.

 (In later versions this will lead to a backyard entrance room.)

-Began the process of cleaning up placeholder UI elements.

-Some UI elements have more sound effects.

-You can now enter Roxy's room. (she doesn't really use it at the moment.)

-Removed some pointless colliders.

FIXES

-Creating a save on an empty slot no longer makes the Overwrite window appear.

-Overwriting a save actually deletes the old file now.

-The Heartbeat sound in the intro no longer loops forever.

-The bust animator no longer fucks with the SetNativeSize call. This was stretching larger busts.

-The stairs left of the bedroom properly have collision now

-The robo vacuum should no longer leave a sound instance behind upon disabling.

-Rewrote some code that prevented the save system of recording the states of certain stage objects.

-You can no longer, as my friend would describe it "club penguin walk" on top of the servers in the cellar.

-Some of Annie's bust sprites no longer get cut off.

-The water in the pool no longer has a strange overlap under it.

-Removed strange glare that was on the main menu.

-The Main Menu buttons no longer have overlapped hitboxes.

-The Main Menu buttons are no longer distorted from post-processing.

-The East Hallway back door no longer vanishes randomly.

-Removed some broken code.

TODO FIXES
